I have finally finished this trilogy of Inkheart, InkSpell and Inkdeath by Cornelia Funke. I did love the characters she created and the her Inkworld. I did love that by reading things were able to come alive. I'm a fast reader of books but this was the longest it has taken me to read a series. Thanks to my friend to recommend these books.
I loved Inkspell and Inkdeath but would love to have known what happens with Meggie and Doria and Farid...that seems vague. We know who she choose but what happened. I too Fell in love with Dustfinger. He captured my love and wanting to finish the series. I do love that the characters changed and grew. I wanted to know what happened to Farid. I loved the character Mo...He's a great dad . I loved how everything all came together in the end.
I would recommend these books to anyone to read. Its a great story for young readers. If you read any book ...Read Inkheart. I give it 4 out 5 stars. Enjoy
