My first conference to meet other bloggers was though SITS.
I got dropped off at 830 am to the Westin St. Francis for the conference. I got a name badge and was at a table and was able to meet other bloggers. It was in the beautiful room on the 32nd floor and going up the elevator was an experience like a wild ride. My badge:
There was a whole variety of topics from Vlogging to privacy to Open Sky. I was at a new table for almost every new discussion. There were some great speakers about selling your blog etc.
Then we broke for Lunch and here is my Lunch. It was yummy
We went back in for discussions and those were very informative and I learned a lot ...way to much to digest. It remind me of some of Rachs ( Parajunkee.com) blogging tutorials.
Got hungry and antsy toward the end of the day..being in the same room with a great views of San Francisco. I was able to connect with many more moms from this area and the Bay Area and other places. In fact my twitter grew so fast , while I gone for that day. I did find a couple other book bloggers.
I also found a couple other bloggers in my area that I didn't know til I was there.

Tiffany is so pretty and so much like a camp director with these events. I'm glad I finally got to meet her. I wanted to meet Francesca ( but I understand having a baby).
Angry Julie speaking and Tiffany in the chair
I had a great time and wished I had snacks toward the end of the day. Also wished that there was more social interation at the tables besides handing out business cards. I wasn't able to attend the other events Friday night or Saturday evening. Rode home with Brandi and went to In-N-Out for dinner. Thanks to the sponsers for this event and supporting bloggers.
Sounds like it would have been fun! I wish there was something like that in my area! :)
