When You were Mine Book Review

This is the story of Susannah and Amelie. They are the best friends and we see their friendship through the time.

Susannah first love was Rob. He went away to serve in the army. There are some unresolved issues between them both. She has been in a relationship for Douglas , and has been helping raise his kids for the past ten years. Her boyfriend doesn't want her to punish the kids or parent them.

Amelie has three kids and is divorced from Jonathon. She is fighting cancer . She is Susannah best friend, and they have always been able to talk to each other.
During the story  and many months , Susannah starts making some changes with her life . I didn't like some of the actions that she did, but in the end she did right.
