This is a story of Cara who moves to new town. Cara is still friends with her best friend. With the help of her best friend, she is going to climb the ladder of popularity. They have it 4 areas of popularity.
On her first day of school, she meets Archer who is a theater Geek. She slowly becomes friends him and his friends. There is an attraction to each other , but both are afraid to make the first move.
She has a mom and step dad & sperm doner. Overall her relationships with her parents experiences some changes while she is trying to climb the ladder.
She dates an emo guitar player , but realizes that his life is depressing and understands why he does drugs & pot. While dating Nate , she is looking more favorable to the supreme Polazzi eyes. While hanging out with the popular friends, she is drinking more and losing touch with Archer and those friends.
Cara slowly climbs the ladder and learns secrets , and her life is turned upside down with her choices and her actions. Her school work suffers , and her parents take away her privileges . She didn't want to be invisible anymore.
