Boyfriend from Hell

Tina is in law school , and works for Andrus at Chesty and doing the book keeping. Her boyfriend tries to kill her in her car. Some money gets stolen, and she wished him to hell.

This book reminded me of Xmen because a part of the town had a toxic spill , and now people in this part of town now have special abilities. Tina doesn't know a things about her dad at all. She also gets crazy messages from her boyfriend and also Themis.

Granted there is no romance since the boyfriend died, and there was lots of flirting with and some kisses. I wanted more sexy times.
Tina tries to solve the mystery surrounding her boyfriends death, and also ends up helping her neighborhood out.

I kept hoping it would get better but,  something  , anything , but this book was a trainwreck . It was a mash up of so many ideas but nothing seemed to pan out at all. Tina with her rag tag team decide to distribute justice. Also she is a daughter of Saturn, she gets perks if she does something good or bad. She got good eyesight, grew 3 inches, and good hair.
