Other Book Review

Other (An Other Novel)  Other is the story of a Pooka named Gwen. She lives in a small town in Washington state. She is half-Pooka , which means that she can change into a horse to bird. She is home schooled and has a paranormal blog. She has been with Zack for a long time and there has been talk of being intimate lately.

Tavian is new in town and also an Other and he also reads Gwen's blog. In this world you can see werewolves, Centaur's and many more. A person's drivers licence says whether or not they are an other.

Chloe is her best friend and also runs the local Bed and Breakfast in town. She lives in tree for time rejuvenate, but this is also a murder mystery too. Gwen seems to find bodies around town and becomes a suspect because they are Other people.

Loved the murder mystery and that there two boys interested in Gwen. There were 2 parents in the household but her real father just disappeared after dating her mom back in Wales. Parents were in the book and loved the discussions that had through out the book. There was actual dating and mentions of Evergreen  carnival and I thought of Mama Kat.

My sister lived in this area for a time and once I saw the cover..I wanted to help promote this book. I even tried to ask for a ARC--didn't happen. I bought this book and can't wait to read the next book in the series and this is my Honest review.
