Passing on my love for Twilight

I let my daughters speech therapist a Twilight book and my friend over at calmoms.com

is now hooked on the book. She's on Breaking Dawn now. I let her borrow my copy too. I figure if get friends into the series the least I can do let them borrow my books.

We are also reading it as a book club over at calmoms.com.

I'm trying to plan a Moms Night Out with all my girl friends to go see the movie opening night. I find that if I don't see a movie opening weekend I won't end up seeing the movie at all. How sad is that ??

  1. I did the same thing. I talked 3 people into reading it and today I talked a friend from school into reading it...when school is on winter break. Nothing wrong with sharing your obsessions with friends

  2. it's a good thing to share :) Hey, maybe you'll know. I've heard the guy playing edward was also in the Harry Potter movies, can't remember the character's name at the moment (collin, maybe?) and I just can't seem to figure it out. So, do you know?

  3. I'm having such a hard time relating to you right now because you are all about twilight this and twilight that. Argh. I guess I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and read this series. Everybody in my whole world has read them but me! I'll try to find the time.

  4. I think it's great that you have something you love. And it's even greater that you're willing to share it with your friends.
You know me & Twilight - I'm clueless. But it doesn't bug me in the least that you love it.
Maybe someday I'll pick up the book.
Or when Sara has her next "Favorite Thigs Swap" you'll get me, and give me book #1. :)
Have fun seeing the movie on opening night. I have NEVER seen a movie on opening night before. The only way I see movies is when my mom buys them and then she burns me copies of them. Sad, but true.

  5. I came over from Angie's at Wordful Wednesday. I too loved the Twilight books! I will probably read it again just before the movie. I am hoping the movied lives up to the book, so often it does not. I hope Stephanie M. has been involved in it, otherwise there may be some really disappointed fans!
