i got the cookbook and the recipes looked easy enough to make at home. I had to do as taste test from 1 restaurant and make it myself, which is pretty easy enough.I choose DQ blizzard to do the taste test with the family. The DQ blizzard was much firmer and looked like the blizzard. When mine was all done, it was more of a shake and I needed to add more ice cream into the blender. There was a difference between the DQ and mine, but overall it was tasty and easy to make.
The recipes in this book looked pretty easy to make and there were too many choices to choose just one to make for the taste test. I also made Apple bee's ribs , to try another recipe for the family. Got rave reviews from the family with the yummy food.

I've seen books like this and always wonder how close the recipes are. I love Applebee's ribs! Being able to know their secret would make it worth it for me. :)
