I've have been given the opportunity to try Fiber One Yogurt through Safeway and Myblogspark and I do love yougurt.
Safeway family of stores is doing a deal where you can purchase 2 4packs for $4 through Febuary 9th. Fiber One has only 50 calories , and 5 grams of fiber and 0 grams fat.

ReplyDeleteI like plain so I can customize it. If I had to pick an ACTUAL flavor I'd say vanilla. I really like Greek yogurt drizzled with honey. That is the best :)
