10 things blogging has taught me

1. I have made some great online friends and they are real- I have some amazing friends and I enjoy doing writing my stuff out..I consider this a little journal of our adventures.

2. I have found some great books to read through Blog with  bite and being on Goodreads and wouldn't have found them had they not been online.

3. I remain a positive blog and don't vent about things going on at home --trust me..There are some things I don't put online--learned that lesson a long time ago--I have never put my kids name's online and will continue to do this for my piece of mind but those who know me already know their names

4. Blogging takes time and there are days when I schedule posts so I can read the rest of the week, but there are weeks when my plans get twisted and things aren't going to plan.

5. I hosted my first event about safety with other Bloggers and have meet some wonderful moms like Sacramento Savings/ Frugal Plus and planning on going to SITS @SF.

6. I have had some opportunties come my way to try new things and review some books and items that I never would have imagined since I have started the blog.

7. I have had authors comment on my Book Reviews( ie. Chloe Neill)  of their books-- because its nice to see that  I as a Book reader can make author day , just as they make my day when I love their book.

8. I have met  some other moms with 5 kids and its been nice to know that I'm not the only crazy person out there (online).

9. My blog has grown from a family blog to sharing my life with others with little tidbits here and there.

10.  Did I mention I have made some great friends who live all over the US
