Savannah is the foster child of Lucas Davenport and Paige Winterbourne. She is also a witch like Paige. Savannah is 21 and a PI at the firm and has a crush on Adam. Paige and Lucas are on a romantic getaway for a week , and they aren't supposed to contact the office at all. Adam is her only contact while they are away and he is at a conference. She wants to do her first solo investigation.
Savannah gets a case lead through Jesse. They go to small town and talk to the local people there and try to solve the case. Savannah get a date with a cop. Savannah is smart and feisty and very mature for her age and there mention of her sexual experience but that's it.
There is mention of the Other Women like Elena and Jaime but it is subtle. Savannah doesn't whine , which is a plus to me and also she is a strong heroine.
Savannah solves the crime with the help of Adam at her side. I do think that there will be a number 12 because this book leaves you hanging and wondering what is going to happen. I have a feeling that Savannah wants to do whats best. I loved the book cover

Thanks to Elena for the book and this is my honest review and will read more in the series since I have read Elena #1 , and Paige #4 books and I have grown to love the women in the Otherworld.
