Dear Children

Dear oldest Child--
Please understand that you are the first child and we are learning as we go too. Also I'm feeling so much older because you are slowly turning into a young woman before my very eyes and I remember when you were a baby. Please try and stick with a doing a sport or musical instrument. I love you very much.

Dear Son-
Why must we always get you a toy?? I know that you are very smart and that you love Ben 10. Please understand that you are in a house of girls and there has to be sharing.I have seen you do your best with scouts and have your change through the school year into a very studious boy.

Dear daughter-
I love you and you remind me of me sometimes with the stuttering. I did that when I was young and there are times you are alot like your brother. You have changed so much this past year and I'm so proud of you and how well you did in school . I was glad to help in the classroom many times and see the you try your best with school work.

Dear Daughter-
I love that you want to stand and defend your older and younger siblings. I love that you love princesses. Your sweet smile and that you are always there for your sisters. I have seen you also grow and change over the course of the year. I'm so glad that I understand you and know your needs .

Dear youngest daughter-
You remind me so much of your father. You bring such a sweet spirit in the house and you have shown such growth with getting out of diapers and love that you sing songs in the car. You have such a pretty singing voice.

I'm so excited for this new school year and can't wait to see you all grow with your teachers and at home.

Love

MOM

  1. Aw Julie that was so sweet and moving! Your love for each one of them shone through and it is interesting to see how through just a few sentences their different personalities come through :-)

  4. That was so sweet. Personal letters that most likely people will never see always tend to be the nicest. I listen to you and your five monkeys a lot through twitter, so I thought I'd go ahead and stop by. It's amazing how fast they grow, isn't it? Abby's still in diapers but soon she won't even be in those anymore. Just a few months away.
