Heidi is a normal mystery loving friend who is lonely. She makes a up a boyfriend and there the fun begins with her friendships, and trying to figure out which real boy does like her.

I liked the Instant messages and emails through out the book from Ed and a real boy. This book the writing was different , and her conversations with her favorite detective were different from other books.

Loved the cute romance, and loved that this book mentioned the 80's, Tron, and Shakespeare's 12th night. Loved the also the cute recipes of how hilarity happens with Heidi.There are parents in the book, but she calls them weird names.
