Brooke and Kathryn are friends in their Junior year. They both love to sing in choir. Many things happen to this friendship that by the Senior year , they are on opposite ends and enemies.
Brooke has working mom , and her brothers are at college. Her dad is in the movie business , but away with his movie star boyfriend. Brooke is popular , and is best friends with Chloe. Chloe doesn't understand why Brooke like choir.
Kathryn isn't popular , and is best friends with Miles.
She has both parents at home , and is poor. Kathryn is also very studious , and trying to get some scholarships for College.This the story of their friendships and what happened their Junior and Senior Year. Through out the book there are different music terms regarding their friendship.
I did participate in choir when I was in middle school and totally understand how competitive it can be. Friendship is a two way street , and there was seen many instances of Bullying.
