This Month at Safeway stores is Dairy . Our family goes through a lot of milk as it is. I wanted to make something that I knew my kids eat and chocolaty. I always purchase the Dairy Glen milk because there is always a deal when I purchase 2 gallons at a time. I love to shop at my local Safeway because of the service and I always find such great deals with my loyalty card.

This called for Milk in the recipe, so that what I made for my family on Fathers day. This was the cake made with love. My DH also had some great food from there too, but since it wasn't part of making the cake. I didn't take pictures of it.

This is the cake done ...I do have more pictures of the whole process of making the Chocolate Mousse Cake . This was simple and fun to do. My monkeys enjoyed eating the cake.
