Jake is boy who turned down sex with a thirteen year girl. The girl then sends him a video of some sexual acts, and he forwards to all of his friends.This shows the parents reactions to the video and the social media that happens to this family and the consequences too.
Liz is the mom who has to watch the video with her son in the office. She also follows the blog of a former boyfriend who fancies himself a writer. Richard is the father who is working hard to provide for the family. He has many pressures from his job.
This is their journey through the media , and school and all the pressures of what a family goes through. Many changes occur and not all of them are good for the family.

ReplyDeleteSounds like this story was torn from the headlines and also pretty voyeuristic. You gave it a C rating--what didn't you like? Was it the story itself, or something else?
ReplyDeleteI gave it a C because it parents were selfish with their own lives and it did seem like it was ripped from the headlines ie. Law Order. There was a lot of mention of status with Job and family and brand name dropping.
