Zero Book Review

Zero is an artist and wants very much to go to art school in Chicago. She is fighting with her best friend Jenn. Her parents are also having issues lately with the fathers rinking. She goes to a club one night and meets listens to Gothic Rainbow . She is very attracted to the drummer Mike with the blue eyes.

Zero also has low self worth about her art and herself. Jenn her best friend will sleep with anyone. During this last hurrah of summer , it becomes a summer of discovery for Zero( Amanda) . Zero also wants her family situation to get better to.

She gets to know Mike better and even takes an art class to help with getting into the other art school. Through out the book there are quotes from Salvador Dali.

Great coming of age story and loved the romance between Mike and Amanda.There was a pretty graphic sex scenes.
