GameBoard of the Gods Book Review

Dr. Justin March can hear voices in his head. They give him advice about his personal life. They are his ravens.  Mae is a Praetorian soldier and has some super human strength. She reminded me of wonder woman. She got in trouble during the funeral of someone she loved.

She is meet and drop off a note in the Panama to Dr. March. She doesn't know  his name and they end up having a one night stand. Justin ends up coming back to RUNA ( Republic of United North America) and being a servitor and working on a case that deals with magic & religion. He has seen some strange things while working on some other cases. Justin is really interested in Mae.

Through out this book , we learn about the caste system and this dystopian world. There are many classifications for the many different people, and it took a while to get used to all the new words. While this is my first time reading this author, I do want to see what happens with Justin and Mae. I did love that so many religions were brought up from Norse mythology to Morrigan .

Book Review = C/B-

Thanks to Penguin for the book and this my Honest Review and this book is already out

  3. This was my first Mead book too-I thought it was really good although I was a bit confused by some of the world building. I will definitely be back for book 2!
