The first two covers that come to mind are Delirum and Shadowfever. Those covers were well thought out and are full of awesome. --The Book Vixen
To many to list but this year so far I love Darkest Mercy- Delirium and Madame Tussard--Tina Book Reviews
I really liked Matched by Allie Condie and I love all the covers for The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare.--So rather reading
One of my favorite covers are from the Torment series by Lauren Kate. Absolutely gorgeous even though I don't like the series. I'm kind of drawn to bright happy covers lately though.--FWIW
I always judge a book by its cover. Awful, right? I've tried not to, but a bad or boring cover can prevent me from even getting the motivation to actually take the book off the shelf and read it after I buy it. Some of my favorite covers are Wish by Alexandra Bullen, Nightshade by Andrea Cremer, The Replacement by Brenna Yovanoff and Matched by Ally Condie.--Reading with Tequlia
So many to choose from! A few would be… Shiver, Linger, Nevermore…Across the Universe, Going To Far, Wither. There are a TON of books coming out this year with some amazing covers too; another list that could go on and on and on. Bound By Books
I admit that the cover draws me into looking and then reading the book. I would agree that some beautiful ones are Matched, Shadowfever, Delirium. I also think that Firelight is also a beautiful cover.
Hard question. Fun answers!
ReplyDeleteDarkest Mercy is a good choice. Loved that cover. A recent one is Hourglass and it turned out that the book was good too!
ReplyDeleteI love the simplicity of the Shiver and Linger covers, too! I'm also in love with the Paranormalcy and Supernaturally covers... the cover model is a perfect example of how I picture Evie to be! :)
