The White Devil Book review

Andrew is on his last rope with his father. He is sent to a boarding school in England. He is also at an all boy school. The schools name is Harrow.  There is death at the school , and from there its gets more interesting.

Piers is the head of the house in which the boy dies. He is also a washed up poet , and a drunk. He is putting on a play about Lord Bryon , who also happens to gone to the school.

Andrew is able to see a ghost and feels that things are off , and meets Persephone who is the only girl at the school because her father is headmaster. She suggests that Andrew try out for a part in the play , because he looks so much Lord Bryon. Andrew does gets the part , and then is more distracted by the ghost , who then kills more people. The ghost also leads Andrew to more letters , and more of a mystery. This story takes place in three weeks.

There are many points of views through out the story , and I was wondering if this should have been a teen novel because of the Andrew. There is sex , and drinking, and smoking with adults and teenagers. There is mention of Gay porn because of Lord Bryon and his multiple partners who were both male and female.

Interesting story and now I want to read more about Lord Bryon .
