Delaney Maxwell was with her friend Dexter and fell into the icy water. She should have died in those 11 minutes , but she didn't . All those things that would have happened like more severe brain damage or not being able to walk or even talk.
Delaney alive now starts to feel the pull of something otherworldly , and she is starting to see shadows. Delaney is a good student in school , and trying hard for that 4.0. She also has a normal family and the parents actually parent their daughter . They were also scared because they could have lost their daughter.
Delaney and Decker have issues with talking about their relationship. They are good friends and neighbors , but they both want something more and other times not. I also loved that she has good friends.
Troy understands what Delaney is going through and he wants to help her. Troy is also interested in her too.
I did love that there was silences and mention of the musical Les Miserables . This book was so awesome and this will be my first book purchase of 2012.

ReplyDeleteI've been really looking forward to this one, and I read the short that the author posted on the Fracture Facebook page that was the first six days through Decker's point of view. It was good!
