Temptation Book Review

Noah is Amish . Rose is English
They are instantly attracted to one another

Rose's mom has died and they have moved to another city . Her father is doctor and very busy with his relationships. Sam is her older brother and keeps an eye on her. Rose also loves to dance.
Noah is from a big family and wants to continue in his faith and way of life. He also wants to continue  sneaking around and seeing Rose. Noah is to be married soon.

Two different worlds collide and Rose has to make a choice

I loved that families are important and loved the discussion between the different worlds. I didn't like that Noah became jealous and demanding over some of things Rose did. I also enjoyed reading the story in the two different point of views.

This isn't my first time reading amish fiction , but this book had a different tone to it. I was surprised to see that this book was talking frankly about sex and it came up a couple times in the book . I was glad that families are big in this book and on both sides.

Best Line: But I was already in over my head with Rose, and now I had to deal with her wild behaviour. Somehow I'd have to curb her impulses and make her listen to me.

Book Review: C+

This Book comes out June 26

Thanks to Harlequin for letting me read this book and this is my Honest Review

  1. I really love dual POV's these days. I haven't read an Amish romance yet either but I would certainly be open to it.

  2. I'm totally a newbie when it comes to Amish romance. I like dual POV's and I'm wondering about that different tone you speak of. Hmmmm.....off to check it out.

  3. Amish romance? Really? There really is a genre for everything! Probably not my cup of tea but an interesting concept nonetheless. Thanks for the review and for opening my eyes to a new category of books.
