a little known fact about me .....I used to DJ church dances back in the 90's. I also dated the DJ(Bruce). He was bit older than me. I remember the time when I was excited for new Cd's to come out. I seem to find new music off TV shows.
I have always liked music and it always makes me happy. I like adding music to my play list and my kids let me listen to my songs and dance around the house. Just yesterday I had my play list on and was able to do a bit more around the house....singing to songs that I like.
I have only been to 2 concerts through out my life....I know sad. I went to Rick Astely at Great America on date ...and the other concert was Tori Amos and that was in the Sacramento auditorium. Tori's concert was the Dew Drop Inn and I went with my sister.
Its great to remember those time. My fave band while growing up Cause and Effect/ Cure/ Depeche Mode/ Smiths. Guess you could say I was a alternative music girl, but not anymore.
Then somewhere along the line...I got into country like Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood/ Martina Mcbride/ Dixie Chicks.
Now.....????? No clue

Just not anything that makes me feel like Satan himself is around the corner. haha My favorite kind of music is showtunes. Broadway and the like. I know, corny. But it's sure fun to sing along. I need a karaoke machine.
