Wanted Book Review

Michal is a bookie at high school. She has been doing it for some time, and its her only job. She meets Josh , and he gambling with his money .  He has had his eye on her for some time .

She breaks some of the rules and decides to do some retribution with Josh. He pushes her to play the game and not always be a spectator.

Josh and Michal become a symbol at the school and also in the community. They become like a Robin Hood for neighborhood. Michal also has a low self esteem and doesn't feel loved in her family. She is touched in many situations that are out of her control.

I loved that this took place near me, and could total picture all of these situations. I loved that this book tackled topics like race, gambling, money , and low income, and gangs.

Best Line: Flattery on someone who's lost a pint of blood will get you everywhere
