Angel Review & Giveaway

In the seventh book in the bestselling series, evil scientists are still trying to convince Max that she needs to save the world, this time by providing the genetic link in speeding up the pace of evolution. Worse, they're trying to convince her that her perfect mate is Dylan, the newest addition to the flock. The problem is that, despite herself, Max is starting to believe it.

Fang travels the country collecting his own gang of evolved humans, but the two separate flocks must unite to defeat a frightening doomsday cult whose motto is Save the Planet: Kill the Humans. And this time, the true heroine, for once, might just be little Angel ( goodreads)

This was one of the series that I got into a while back. I enjoyed the family feeling and helping those in need. These kids are trying to survive and find out more information about themselves. Angel is kidnapped , and the flock will do what it can to help one of their own.

I do think that these chapters are small enough and these are a great series for middle grade kids.

Max and friends try to survive the erasers . There is also a betrayal of someone dear to them. Angel is important to the scientists. Max , Fang , and Nudge are trying to stay alive in New York City. Because they can fly , they can travel all over the US.

Its been a long time since I have read James Patterson. I do think that this was a fast read , and even if you haven't read the other books in the series , you will be able to catch up.  This was one of the first authors that I blogged about a couple years ago.

Best Line :  Life itself is a test. Its all a test sometimes you just have to get through it, and then it all makes more sense
