You I did in the beginning have blogger envy with certain books, but now I don't . Its surprising that it doesn't bother me anymore about getting the books. That's why I joined a book tour to read all those lovelies. Then I made a friend who share with me her BEA Books , and from there I was able to read the books I really wanted. But since I have been blogging for some time...I have been blessed to get some lovelies. I don't covet anything of their from their blog counts, design. I am happy with my little blog .
I did and have gotten some amazing books ( ie. Divergent, Insurgent) but lately I am lucky to have friends that share their books with me. I also share with them too. I have also been introduced to new authors too.
How do I tamp down the green eyed monster? well since I have so many books read and not so much time.I have learned that its okay and not to stress about anyone Else's pile of books. I love reading books, and having an ARC or not is not going to be the end of blogging. My book pile is huge and not including my kindle.
I was going to have piles of my books in the pictures to show you how big it is. But sadly my camera wasn't working. Imagine 2 bags worth, a box, and kindle books. Seriously I want to hide sometimes.

DeleteSometimes I think people don't realize how generous bloggers are. Sure it's great if you have publisher contacts but nothing beats good blogger friends who share their books.

DeleteI absolutely love to have blogging friends share their ARCs. There is nothing better. They get to do all the work of requesting them from publishers and I get to read at my leisure. Pretty sweet. Perhaps I should look into getting more arc sharing buddies. But lately I have been trying a bit desperately to trim my TBR pile down to something reasonable. I just can't bear to look at all those books waiting any more. Too bad there is easily seven months worth of books waiting to be read. It is insane.
