Me, Him, Them and It Book Review

Evelyn's parents are having marriage issues and she sleeps with a boy to help cope with it. She doesn't always use protection. She got pregnant.  She is unable to talk with her parents at all.
The boy knows about the baby coming , but he hides away. She also gets alot of help with Planned Parenthood. So they send her to her aunts house and to school with pregnant teens.

While living with her aunt , she starts trying to figure out what to do with the baby. She has to make some big choices and she also makes some friends. I found this to be a pretty realistic for what could happen . I found the lack of communication between her and her parents a big issues , but not really resolved but they seemed to be working on it. She did make some big growth through out the story, and that she tried. This book was pretty realistic in what a happens while being pregnant.

Book Review = B

This book comes out Feb 5th

  1. I love the title, very catchy. I am intrigued with this emotional read.

  2. I ordered this for our teen collection at the library, so it'll be interesting to see if it gets checked out. I think the title alone is pretty catchy, but the storyline holds appeal, too.

  3. Hmmm...sounds interesting.

  4. Wish there was a video game for pregnancy and then for raising children. Might completely halt the perpetuation of the human race, however. ;->

  5. I think her having problems with her parents would be pretty realistic.
