While at this new school , she sees the boy from the center. She is cage and segregated off from the rest of the students. Her life is slowly changed , and she loses friends and a boyfriend. Davy while being a teenager , has a disagreement with her boyfriend. She ends up getting a tattoo too. While in the Cage she gets to know Gil and Sean. Sean was the boy that she first saw in the center. She is slowly becoming an island , but also making friends. She also starts making choices about herself. Her family is shock over this news, and her brother is a big support.

Davy , Sean and Gil are all sent to another location . They are considered special , and they are being trained as killers. Things change with Davy and her friends.

I stayed up late reading this book. This book was very different from other Young adult. This world is scary . I can't wait to see what happens next. There are some swoon worthy scenes. I was also glad to see both parents are active in her life.

Dominique is still young and experiences love for the first time with Wes. This is the story of her having sex for the first time, and the break up that happens later. They both end up going to different colleges. They both have growing pains with the relationship. She is making friends at college , and with Calvin. She is still good friends with Amy. Amy is her sexually active friend who always seems to know about stuff.

This book was realistic about sex and love , and relationships. I enjoyed the emails.

Dominique is home from college and is working hard. She is also working in the hospital. She meets Guy , and they hit it off. She is still friends with Calvin, but he wants more. There are some changes coming with her family. Dom is hanging out with Amy , and the big event is a wedding. Amy is having issues with her boyfriend. Dom is enjoying her time with Guy.

I thought that this book was a great installment of Dom's growing up and being more sexually responsible. I loved that she is accomplishing her dream for the future.

Jethro is working a job with a rag tag team. He has dated Celeste but now they are friends. His sister Lizzie is a very smart hacker. He is working for Hammer.

He has a job in the Belgrade area of space. He really want to own the Avalon that has been in his family. He is tested with his loyalty to the Hammer. He also rescues 3 people from another ship. He is attracted to Sierra , and gets to know Cora and Vince. Jeth is tested , and he doesn't know who to trust. Many secrets come to light in this book.

This was like Firefly  & Star Wars all rolled up into a fun story. This isn't a nice world, and I can't wait to see what happens next. I adored the cover, and it was nice to read a story from a boy's point of view. Throughout the book the many themes are loyalty, trust, and family. Jeth has to make some tough choices.

Looking Forward

I am still going to school , and working part time. Since I schedule my posts ahead of time, I have noticed that I am more relaxed . I also have enjoyed life lately . I read what sounds good to me. I love reading , but have become more interested in other things. I love exercising more, and clothing. Heck I even play more with Pinterest.

I do care about blogging and have stepped back a lot. I know with the scheduled posts that I really don't seem gone, but I am. I am also busy with my church calling of being the Girls Camp Director. This means I am fundraising and this year making lots of Chicken Pot pies. Let's just say that I think my family has had enough of the pies. But I won't be done till February.

Life has been busy and kids are all doing well in school. I have been busy with PFO and planning Cooks Night out for 1 school.

I am still here but not really . I have been reading some really good books that will be coming up soon.

*** The Winner's Curse
*** We were Liars
*** The Shadow Prince
*** Cruel Beauty

Christmas was really good , and have been singing songs from Frozen. Also I got to hang out with my family. We have been looking for a bigger house for some time.

She bring home a drunk Rome to her place, and they end up having mind blowing sex. They end up having with out protection. They are attracted to each other.

Rome starts fixing up the bar , when he was in a fight . He is dealing with his PTSD. He is also working on his relationship with Rule, and his family.

Cora got hurt by love, and she is looking for the perfect love. She has all these ideas about it. She can't even see it staring at her now with Rome. She ends up getting pregnant, and she and Rome have some major relationship issues. They work their issues and deal with as best as they can. Many things change in their lives during this book.

I love that their love isn't perfect , but perfect for them. I loved that Rome slowly changes by his relationship with Cora. I adore the Archer boys and I love this rag tag family that helps each other out. I hope that Asa gets his own book too. I stayed up late reading this story, and savoring this marked man.
