West and Haley meet up one night . Haley gets jumped, and West tries to help her out. They end up going their separate ways. Haley is a fighter , and having issues at home. West gets kicked out of the house. Abby helps him when he needs it. Haley's family lives with their uncle.

West ends up going to the same school as Haley. There is an attraction there. Rachel and Isaiah do pop up through the book. West takes up fighting lessons to fight Conner, who is Matt's brother and Haley's ex boyfriend.

West also realizes that his parents are not perfect , and many issues do get worked out. Many things come to light about his parents. Haley's keeps things bottled up , and she is thinker when it comes to situations. West and Haley have great chemistry.

My only issue with the book was that it was tough to tell who was talking. The only indication that it changed was Capital letters. But I figured out who was speaking after I got an idea of whose head I was in. I loved learning more about the Young Family, and weren't as perfect as it seems. Abby's scenes were prefect, and I want to see her have her own book. I kept picturing Mulan ( a Girl worth fighting for ) with this book. West has alot of heart. I wouldn't mind seeing books of the Young Brother's or Haley's Brothers .

Lesh is 16 years old , and dress in trench coat, and Goth looking. He is drinking one night with friends, and crashes into this beautiful girl. Svetlana  is a Senior and her life is okay. She loves doing role playing games. He likes to online gaming.

Lesh becomes grounded and creates a character that looks like her, before he knows her name. He plays her , and makes some online friends.

Lesh & Svetlana start having lunches together , and getting to know one another. He doesn't tell her about the online character at all. There are times he wants to be her.

This book is interesting , and maybe not for me. I totally get that Lesh is questioning his sexuality or transgenderness. It's brought up through the book, but there wasn't any resolve with this question. I adore that Lesh & Svetlana are both normal kids, and doing their best in school, and dealing with relationships.

As a parent with the gaming , I wasn't too sure about this because an incident was brought up regarding privacy and revealing too much information. Overall this was an okay book.

Tia lives with her dad . She meets Will from Minnesota at a party. There is a connection there , and he walks her home . They make out for a bit.

Tia wakes up late for band practice, and see Will wanting to challenge her for position on the drum-line. She really doesn't want the responsibility.

She and Will are good friends , and she has trouble committing to anyone.  They both love to flirt with each other. She hasn't had any good examples in her life. Tia has some good friends , and I think they will be in the next stories. Both Tia and Will have their issues to work out , along with issues with family. I thought that they were very cute together . I can't wait to read the other books in this series.

Cricket   is on a pause with Zach . The year fast forwards with a better friendship with Julie. She also gets into the college of her choice, and her mom is starting to date again. She finds a job again in Nantucket.

During the summer she hangs with Jules, works very hard, and even hangs out with Zach, and she meets someone new. She also finds a bucket list to complete. This summer seems to the summer of change.

This is her summer of growth and many changes in relationships with many different people. I can't tell if this is the end of the series. I did love the ending .

Tabitha is in love with Joe, but he is also seeing his girlfriend. So yes they are both cheaters. Her mom and dad both own the Cozy Tea in town. Her dad still loves to do weed, and loves to get high. Her parents are both very hippie, and she was an oops baby. They are still together , and her mom is pregnant again.

Tabitha loves to read books, and her dad gets her a marked up Secret Garden book. In the book , she finds out about this website called Life by Committee.

Life by Committee is an online site where secrets are revealed, and assignments are given. Tabitha decides to change up her life and share her secrets. She ends up doing different challenges , and comes to realize some things. She also doesn't have many girl friends. Her relationship with Joe is becoming more questionable.

I thought that this book thought provoking about giving up on making choices, and letting a committee decide your life. I loved that she was trying to change her life. I loved the insight by Zed. I loved that Tabitha did feel guilty for even liking Joe , because of the girl friend. I was trying to figure out who was behind the website, and who would be the keeper of the secrets. I have my suspicions , and I think that Joe was a tool for dating two girls. I loved her friends . I also enjoyed Devon too. There was a scene at the end that was prefect and I loved it.
